We are a not-for-profit service available to all Queensland workers to understand and navigate the workers’ compensation system.
Our service is free and accessible via a toll-free phone line, email or through our website. We do not provide face to face consultations.
We provide general information and advice about the statutory process under the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003. Note, we do not provide legal advice or advice about common law claims.
