We provide general information and advice about the statutory process under the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003. Note, we do not provide legal advice or advice about common law claims.
The Workers’ Compensation Information and Advisory Service is completely independent, and any information shared with us will be treated professionally and remain confidential.
